Description

Each level is consisted with 8 classes and we will focus on the language itself (grammar/pronunciation) as well as the cultural topics. In this weekly course, we will use the texbook Genki 1, but also learn ‘real’ Japanese outside of the book. Language learning can be fun! Let’s relax and have a great time with learning Japanese!

 

At the 104 level, we will cover the following cultural topics:

  • Kinship Terms

  • Writing Letters

  • Foods in Japan

  • Japanese Office Workers

And the following grammar language topics:

  • 〜 teiru
  • Te-forms for joining sentences
  • Verb stem + ni iku
  • Counting people
  • Parts of the body and describing it
  • Short Forms
  • Informal Speech
  • 〜 to omoimasu/ 〜to itteimashita〜 naide kudasai
  • Verb noga sukidesu
  • Particle ‘ga’
  • Nanika/nanimo
  • Kanji
