Description

Each level is consisted with 8 classes and we will focus on the language itself (grammar/pronunciation) as well as the cultural topics. In this weekly course, we will use the texbook Genki 1, but also learn ‘real’ Japanese outside of the book. Language learning can be fun! Let’s relax and have a great time with learning Japanese!

 

At the 103 level, we will cover the following cultural topics:

  • Japanese Festivals

  • Travel

  • Japanese Educational System

  • Favorite Restaurants

     

And the following grammar language topics:

  • Adjectives

  • Sukina/ Kiraina

  • 〜 mashou/ 〜mashouka

  • Counting

  • Kanji

  • Te-form:

  • 〜 tekudasai

             〜 temoiidesu

             〜 tewa ikemasen

    • Describing two activities:

     〜 kara

     〜 mashouka

    • Asking for directions

    • Giving directions

    • Kanji
